This non-invasive treatment has been used for over 5,000 years to activate healing and stress reduction within the body. Students will learn a brief history of reflexology, guidelines, warm-ups, how to effectively work 9 body systems as they relate to the reflex points on the feet to achieve a therapeutic response. A reflexology routine to work the feet efficiently and effectively will also be taught.

Students are required, to wear comfortable clothing and bring note taking materials, a set of twin size sheets and face rest cover, massage cream, hand sanitizer and 2 towels.
